Terms of Use

1. Service

Voxa Player is media player software. It does not provide, host or sell any TV channels, movies, series or other content.

2. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for ensuring that the playlists and content you add are legal and that you have the right to use them. Use with copyright-infringing content is prohibited.

3. Trial and licence

Each TV gets a 7-day free trial. Afterwards a 1-year or lifetime player licence can be purchased. A licence is bound to one TV (MAC address) and covers the software only; it includes no content. Payments are one-time; there is no auto-renewal.

4. Refunds

If you cannot use the app due to a technical problem, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@voxapanel.com. Problems caused by your content provider are not grounds for a refund.

5. Abuse

Devices may be blocked if trial abuse with fake MAC addresses, excessive load on the service or illegal content is detected.

6. Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is". The operation, quality or availability of third-party playlists is not guaranteed.
